A lot of customers are surprised to hear we don’t use any store-bought lights from Home Depot or Lowes. The lights we use, including the clips and wires, are all professional grade that are of much higher quality. Yes, they’re a lot more expensive but the quality is night and day.
Yes, we do! Once Christmas or New-Years is over, we’ll come back to your home and safely remove the lights. Just as we were careful to install the lights and not cause any damage to your property, the same is applied when taking the lights down. We’ll take down the lights and store them in our warehouse for next season. That’s why customers choose to go with us. We are in an all-inclusive service.
Unfortunately, we cannot install lights that you provide. We’ve tried it in the past and it leads to poor installation on our part due to the lights being older, made of lower grade quality material, which leads to the lights not being as sharp and clean on your home.
Not to worry! Whether it’s a bulb that’s gone our or a clip came off, simply give us a call or send us a text message and we’ll be out there as soon as we can to get that fixed for you. That’s part of our all-inclusive service that we offer. From installation to take down and everything in between, we do it for you.
Our services are for the installation of the lights on your home. So any additional services like yard clean up, setting up inflatable decor, or trimming trees is not within our expertise.
